Happy July Friends,

This month the SecondKeys team attended an investor mixer hosted by Start Co. at Ciao Bella for the current cohort along with some Alumni companies. While we were guest to the event, watching the new teams at the event has reminded us of our cohort. We were also mentioned in the Southern Startup Report as participants in 36|86 in Nashville,TN.

Amber attended numerous real estate investor group meetings throughout Memphis to network and learn more about what real estate investors need when it comes to platforms. These meetings included Real estate money makers, MemFlips, Lunch with the pro, Memphis investor group's month meeting: From the Shingle to the Slab - The Cost of Rehab and Real Estate mastermind group with Sean Tagge of Memphis Investment Properties.

New UI/UX for customers. Some user's will notice a change in the UI for property uploads and appliance maintenance. These new uploads and bulk edit wizards for properties, units and appliances have cut down admin time.

The team attended StartCo and Launch TN 36|86 networking event. Memphis #Innovators to joined us for a few drinks, new connections, and a celebration of the energized entrepreneurial community in the 901, hosted by 36|86 Entrepreneurship Festival. Call it a pre-game for 36|86. We engaged with the 36|86 team at Railgarten in Midtown, and met with great startup resources like Start Co. and Epicenter, along with other local innovators.
